Still haven't found a phone number and this version is not available on their drop-down menu for help. I like the fact that you can get all the art in the download and not have to reinsert other disks. Rating:  - Great program!I use Printmaster pretty much daily. I couldn't live without it. It has saved me many dollars from having to buy unpersonalized expensive cards at the store, and has many things you can do otherwise. I highly recomend it!
