Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Windows XP
I purchased this version of Windows XP to use with VM Ware Fusion. Everything was easy to install and I quickly updated XP to SP3. The software comes clean and free of any adware that you find in Sony Vaio or HP computers. If you need XP to run on your Mac this is a great way to run Windows through VM Ware of Parallels.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Pirated Software
I bought this software expecting to install it with no problem on my MacBook like others here have claimed. The package didn't include the Certificate of Authenticity (COA), so I called the retailer... they told me to contact Microsoft. So, Ted at Microsoft tells me that this is pirated software since it only costs $89. So, either Microsoft is completely nuts (probably true) or this software that Amazon and others are trying to sell is illegal.

It's a workable but clumsy solution until better Mac versions ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Serves its purpose for a Mac user
Very easy to install on my Macbook through VMWare Fusion. No difficulties whatsoever. Still greatly prefer Leopard over XP, however my workplace has some applications that only function through the Windows. Combined with VMware Fusion I have no difficulties using files in whichever OS is needed.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - XP - What you think it is

This version of XP is cheaper than your typical version you find in the store or online - not sure why, but I saw someone refer to it when I was contemplating running Parallels on my MacBook. Works, well, like what you would expect. It did the job.
