Rated it a 4 because longevity is an issue I'd consider in a rating, and I haven't had it long enough yet--but Amazon emailed me twice, so....(no complaint). It came without a USB connection and I sent it back. Rating: - Very good quality but not as convinient as a wirelessThis headset is a great quality product. Easy to reach volume commands, clear sound, including when I listen to music. I just realized after using it a lot with Skype that a wireless one would be much more convenient for me. Rating: - Dont trust them!!!!!!!!They never delivered the product, so be careful of these guys to come through if buy from them
